Leadership – Scholarship - Relationships The Caverna Youth League (CYL) believes that sports are a vital part of the community life. CYL is an organization which places a high priority on family values and is unique in its focus on developing long term relationships among peers, coaches, parents and the Cave City / Horse Cave communities. CYL coaches are teachers, first and foremost, and are committed to stressing the importance of scholarship while teaching youth the skills excel in athletics. CYL will strive to unite the Cave City / Horse Cave community through sports for the benefit or our kids by creating a synergy among the schools, businesses and Cave City / Horse Cave families. Building life-long relationships is the top priority at CYL. While the “ thrill of victory ” and the “ agony of defeat ” will diminish with time, the memories, accomplishments and relationships nurtured on the football field , basketball court, and baseball diamond will endure. CYL is committed to establishing values, molding character and nurture friendships that last a lifetime.
