There are two different scholarship programs available to Kentucky high school students taking dual credit during the 2018-2019 academic year. Dual Credit Scholarship (DCS) program pays tuition for up to two (2) dual credit courses for eligible students in grades 11 or 12. Students in grades 9-12 who are not eligible for DCS, and are taking Career and Technical Education dual credit, can use the Work Ready KY Scholarship (WRKS) program to pay tuition for two (2) dual credit courses. KY high schools begin the scholarship application process by submitting information to the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA).
