We are studying explorers. We have two groups of explorers to study. We should be ready for our first test at the end of the week after fall break. Please make sure your child studies for the test using the study guide they received when we started the unit.
We are excited to have Mr. Carl Lewis Cummins from Lindsey Wilson for the next 3 weeks. During this time Mr. Cummins will teach a unit in social studies on the pre-American Revolution. We will focus on the reasons why the colonist went to war against England.
In Social Studies, we are wrapping up our unit on Colonization! During the next few weeks, we plan on synergizing with the other grade levels to work on display boards for the Christmas Program on December 15th, 2016! We are studying all the different celebrations during December around the world. (Christmas Around the World)
